Return Policy
•Based on hygienic issues, products can only be returned due to problems with the products produced by the manufacturer. There is no comfort or sleep satisfaction guarantee, and products unsuitable for your comfort level (e.g. too soft or too hard) are not considered product issues. Fossflakes HK will replace the product with the same product purchased, or if the original product cannot be supplied, with a product of the same or higher value.
•Once confirmed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, and refund applications will not be accepted.
•In case of any dispute, Fossflakes HK reserves the right to make a final decision.
